This initiative aims to make renewable energy storage more accessible, helping households and businesses reduce energy costs and reliance on the grid.
Key Features of the Program:

Upfront Discount: Eligible participants can receive a significant discount ranging from $1,600 to $2,400 on the cost of installing a new battery system. The exact rebate amount depends on the usable capacity of the battery, with larger systems qualifying for higher discounts.
Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Incentive: Participants can receive an additional incentive of $250 to $400 for connecting their battery to a VPP. This incentive can be claimed twice, with a minimum of three years between claims.
